By accessing and using Practice Pro ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to these Terms of Use, please do not use the Service.
Practice Pro is a music practice and learning platform that provides audio stem separation, transcription, and practice tools. The Service is provided by Chaos Audio.
Auto-Renewable Subscriptions: Practice Pro offers auto-renewable subscription plans (Plus and Pro) that provide access to premium features.
Billing: Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Free Trial: New subscribers receive a 7-day free trial. You may cancel at any time during the trial period without being charged.
Cancellation: You can cancel your subscription at any time through your device's subscription settings (App Store or Google Play). The cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period.
Refunds: Refund requests are handled according to Apple's App Store or Google Play Store refund policies.
You retain ownership of any audio files you upload to Practice Pro. By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to process, store, and display your content as necessary to provide the Service. We do not claim ownership of your content.

The Service, including all software, design, text, graphics, and other content, is owned by Chaos Audio and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without permission.
Practice Pro is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Chaos Audio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. We will notify users of any material changes via email or through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
